Lead Paint Testing and Cleanup for Contractors & Homeowners

April 22nd, 2010 the EPA Renovation, Remodeling and Painting Rule went into effect requiring contractors performing renovation, repair and painting projects that disturb lead-based paint in homes, child care facilities, and schools built before 1978 be certified and must follow specific work practices to prevent lead contamination.

June 18th, 2010 the D-Lead® Surface Cleaner was introduced for Lead Paint Dust Clean Up of water washable surfaces including carpeting.

August 31st 2010 the US EPA recognized the D-Lead® Paint Test Kit for use on Plaster, Drywall, Wood and Ferrous Metal surfaces.
